Title: how to upload pic

I tried up loading pics, it says maximum size is 1000kb . How to I make my picture smaller? Or how do I use the insert picture or insert hyperlink feature?

you have to make the picture smaller on your own computer.  The size limit it to prevent pictures of unnecessarily high resolution from being posted.

check the size, height and width of picture and upload it.

You can chage your picture to smaller size by some picture software, such as PS.
If you want to insert picture or hyperlink in forum, you can use the function on the above of the text box.
