ok so i finally decided on some wheels and would like to hear your opinions and if anyone would like to photo shop them on a black car please by all means id love to see what they look like on.  Anyway they are the ADR-78 Sterling black with a polished lip 19x8.5 with a 35 mm offset.  i was told they will definitely fit, so if anyone can confirm that would also be helpful. Also what tire size is best im thinkin 235/35/19?

IMO, they'll look great on a black car. Mine is black w/black wheels and a polished lip. I'm still trying to edit some pics so I can post (just can't seem to stay home long enough to finish or busy working on other people's stuff). Mine also came stock with 235/40/18 and I just kept that size, running Maxxis tires. Definitely room for 19s, but I don't like rubbing around curves as it is (guess I should slow down, huh?!). :o)

Have you lowered your car alot? 19x8.5" wheels with ET35 and 235/35-19 is one of the most common tire and wheel sizes used on A4s when using 19" wheels. You won't rub with that even with a lowered ride, unless your slammed.

If you take a look at Audizine you would see that more or less everyone with 19s got 235 or even wider tires, some got lower ETs too so rubbing its not a case with ET35. I'm running 235/35-19 on 19x8.5" wheels with ET40 now but I'm gonna space them out at least 5mm to make them ET35 or less since they are not flush with the fender at all now.

Btw wheels look good! Black wheels with a big polished lip looks great on black cars ;)
