that was the clutch i was going to get,

all in time man, sucks living in aus and trying to mod, everything here is at the min double in price. so for an alternative you order things from america you have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for anyparts!!!

can i be bold and ask how much you paid for your Brembo Sport Rotors!!! i want to get some but they start at around 4k for front and 3 for rear????

more than likely...but i hope they go for the twin turbo set up because the r8 engine might not be enuff to shock everyone...the v10 is an escellent engine but audi has an issue with using all the right ingredients but still not make the best cake i hope they can sort it out and make it a proper sports car to blow the doors off that m3

Hi

Just curious how much of the original bumper had to be cut away to get the front mount in and were there any other troubles? Im asking cos I have the votex kit as well and am looking at getting a FMIC soon.

Cheers

man i had to do a fair bit of modifying to it!! lucky i have a workshop here in aus with every tool thanks to the old man!!!

behind the bumper is a aluminum bar and i cut a fair bit of it off. got the FMIC custom made from some crazy jap guy, so that it would be the exact width of the radiator. i didn't want people to really see if i had a FMIC, here is aus police a on us so bad about mods!!! and i wanted to keep the euro clean look!!

i made a template of the top of the FMIC outta MDF and held it in position while the bumper was still on the car! then marked it out, pulled it off offset my markings by 15mm and got to it with a saber SAW!!!! crazy fun!!!
