rear heated seat buttons

so i dropped off 2 of my friends kids last week, being in the passenger seat, the 2 brats kicked in the button console for the rear heated seats on my 02 a4.

how do i open up the console so i can repair it? as a courtesy they left it on before they pushed it in so now every time the car is on the heated seats are on, being summer i dont think the passengers would like it

thanks i figured it out now, but i the passenger side glove compartment wont open lol, its like stuck or sumthing, also the wiper works, but wont squirt liquid, the washer fluid tank is full too.
