18's shouldnt look small unless your car is not lowered.   I ran 18's on my car for the past 2 years

i just got some 19's now, but the 18's never looked too small

I'm in MTL too, roads suck, but I got some wheels from wheelfire.com and they were not too bad on prics vs quality. I was looking at putting 18-19 reps  (rs6) on my car. I want to keep the "flashy factor" lowm, since the cops like to follow me and pull me over all the time to checkout my car.
