Spark plugs

Need help figuring out what the best spark plugs will be for my car.  2006 A4 Quattro, Revo Stage 2, Miltek exhaust test pipe, carbonio intake. Car runs fine, just doing 55k service.  Looking for the best performance plugs for mods.  Thx

When i was stage II ran the NGK BKR7E's .
