If you are trying to upgrade to 1+ basically all you need is TT2225 injectors.  Its recommended to have an exhaust they claim. But some people run without it.

35 is what comes from the factory i believe... the 18's i just got are et.35 and no probs

OEM offset is 43 for b6 a4.  Most aftermarket is 32-38.  Usually anything beyond 30 you are asking for trouble.

Looks good mate. A good alternative nowadays for the PES charger in terms of software is to get GIAC/Vast performance to do a custom tune. Although he's in MI, and I don't know where you are from..

you spike 21psi and hold about 19 for apr 1+ i forgot what 1 is. I actually bought the injectors off of info@a4mods.com.  Great upgrade.

I have the denison ice link, and it allows you to control the ipod via radio buttons.  I scored it real cheap on ebay too, and it works flawless with my ipod video and touch.

I have magnaflow, and I love it.  Only problem with exhaust decisions are it really depends on the individuals preference.  Miltek to me seems to be on the quiet side, and magnaflow, thermal race, or neuspeed seems to be louder.   Go on youtube, and search for them, you'll find many different sound clips.  However, it doesn't do it justice.  If you have anyone local, try to check theirs out!

Night and day difference between a chipped car and stock.  Even bigger difference between stage 1+ from stock, but ofcourse. What do you expect.

If its offset 30, they are not OEM RS4 wheels, or b6 USP wheels.  OEM offset is usually 43.  But at any rate, OEM b6 usp wheels WILL NOT fit over b5 s4 brakes.  Your best bet is to test fit it since you don't know the manufacture.  The picture you have shown above is a ebay rim. 

btw b5 rs4 wheels looks exactly the same as b6 usp wheels

Gtrs is bigger then a k04. And you probably won't get 300whp out of even the gtrs for the reason I mentioned above.

k04 wont even get you close to 300whp.  Hell a gtrs turbo on a tip will prob be running around 250whp.  Reason being most tuners give tiptronic cars a more conservative tune.

It varies, some people has mated a k04 with a tiptronic car and are very happy with it, and some say prevent it since there is a large torque jump with that turbo.  And our tiptronic may not be able to handle it that well.  But in terms of a k04, in comparison to a stock k03, its a night a day difference, however.  a chipped with injector ko3, will put it relatively close in terms of "peak" power. However you will find the k04's power much much more linear.  If i were in your shoes, I would go for the eliminator turbo with all the supporting mods.  Any of the upgraded turbos would require or highly reccomended to have supporting mods, which include intercooler, exhaust, downpipe, testpipe, DV.  I think that is the most of it.  But the money involved really adds up quick when you do a upgrade like this. Iphone will not work with denison icelink.  Two totally different programs on the two devices. At any rate, for your radio removal, I had the same problem, but after i inserted the keys and i just simply pulled the radio out without using the keys.  Try that.
