to those of you with an ipod interface in an '03, i'm curious how you access your ipod?

my bose head unit has cd, tape, am, fm. additionally, the 6-disc changer is built into the dash.

do you lose any capabilities like the cd changer?

yes, you just press the CD button and CDC displays on the screen after the unit is installed

the writeup was done on a bose stereo with an indash 6 disc change.  those head units have the capability of having a SECOND changer connected that would go in the trunk... that is the connection that the ipod interface uses
