VAG Codes

What's up guys,
I am taking my car in to my mechanic to get them to change up the codes for my car so that I can get the windows to work with the remote... I talked to them and they need me to bring in the lines of code to change, so I need to know what specifically I need to print up and take in.  Do you know what I need?  I know there is the write up on it in the DIY section but I am unclear on what the mechanics might need.  Let me know!  Thanks.

you may want to see how much he will charge since he should be able to do this byhimself, it may run you cheaper in the long run to get your own vag com and do it yourself. what year is your car. In any case I would beleive the best would be to bring the tutorial with you, since he will need the adaptation info, you may want to see what equipment he will be using as well, some scanners will not work well with this typw of thing.
