2001 A4, Want Some Audi Pros To have a Glance At

Ive attached some images of a 2001 A4 1.8t. Maybe planning on doing some work to it. THe car has one minor paint blemish on the passenger side above the wheel(hard to see) and a very small dent on the opposing drivers side. The car runs and drives great, though it sits really low. Lemme know whatch guys think I am paying 4800 for it

101k. the car sits really low which worried me. i wanted to know how to tell if the springs have been cut, and if they were i was maybe going to order Eibach 1576.780 Pro-System Suspension Kit, would u know how to tell? thanks so much. the car rides good, but on a bad speed bump it may rub or on a bad incline (i.e. a steep entrance to a shopping center).
