Writeup Title: Lumber Support Replacement. Motor failure.

Could anyone write an extension to this excellent writeup. My lumber support works vertically, i.e. the support moves up and down, but when I press the button to make to support go in and out (forward and backwards into or away from the drivers back) it does nothing, in fact there is not even a motor sound, so I'm guessing that either the motor that drives the cable has failed or it has become disconnected some how. Anyone know how to access the location of the motors or come up with a reason for the fault?

i would probably just pop off the back of the seat and first check to see if all the cable look to be connected
with any luck, a cable just popped off.
