Ok, this sounds stupid, but I cannot for the life of me get the radio out using the 4 keys. I have the same keys as in the write-up. I pushed all 4 in and pushed them out toward the sides as illustrated, then pulled on two and it wouldn't budge. Do I need a second person to pull on the other set of keys because I obviously can't pull all 4 to the sides while pulling on them. Or do I just leave them in that position? How hard do I have to pull? Also, if I pull really hard on the keys while pushing them outward, they tend to come out.

Last unrelated question, is the IceLink Plus compatible with the iPhone? I searched AZ and AW and couldn't find a direct answer.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for the write-up by the way!

you have the keys inserted like this:

and yet when you push outwards you say the keys come out?

By pushing outwards you are engaging the little notches on the keys.   With the notches clipped onto the HU, you should be able to pull it right out.  I would start with the top and pull it a little, then try the bottom.   Mine pulled out an eighth of an inch or so on the top, then i pulled it from the bottom

When you put the keys in did you hear any clicking noise, etc?

and I don't know if the icelink is compatible with the iphone.  IF the iphone has the same standard ipod connection, then I think you have a pretty damn good shot of getting it to work.  Although, I am not 100% sure

Iphone will not work with denison icelink.  Two totally different programs on the two devices. At any rate, for your radio removal, I had the same problem, but after i inserted the keys and i just simply pulled the radio out without using the keys.  Try that.
