Front sway bar
«

My son has a '98 A4 Quattro for which he purchased a front sway bar that came with no installation info. Does anyone have some installation experience they can share or a photo or two of an installed front sway bar?

It is pretty simple to do, on your year the links to the suspention were the old style, not the newer arm like thing like on the B6 models, so just unbolt the ends at the suspention then undo the 2 brackets to the subframe and remove the bar, you may want to do it with the car up off the ground completely (not one side at a time, and I have found supporintg on stands is best, then if you need to you can move the suspention up a little with the jack if all does not perfectly line up when you install, but all should be relatively easy. I e-mailed you the instructions from the dealer software, hope it helps.
